The online contact form in no way secures a booking, after receiving your enquiry Sophie will respond ASAP via email and a deposit will be required to secure the booking.
A 20% deposit is required for all bookings, a booking is not secure until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non refundable, as well as no completed service is refundable.
The remaining balance after the deposit has been paid needs to be paid a week prior to the event/ wedding unless otherwise arranged and confirmed with Sophie.
There may be additional costs which Sophie will quote to you for parking, such as hotels, cbd apartment parking etc.
Travel fees may also apply for the outer auckland areas as well as waiheke for Sophie and any assistants required.
Sophie will have given you a timeline, it is your obligation to make sure everyone in your booking is on time and ready for hair and makeup (dry hair etc) Sophie may have other bookings on the day and needs to keep to a strict timeline at times.
Sophie or her assistants are in no way responsible for any reactions to products etc, if you have a hypersensitivity please make your artist aware of this prior to the day, you may also be required to bring an alternative product suitable for your hypersensitivity.
Prices may change at any time, Sophie reserves the right to cancel any booking if the terms and conditions are not being met.
