Special Occasion
If you have an event coming up book in today, hair and makeup costs are $250 or $140 for either a hair or makeup service
Additional Costs
Application of clip in hair extensions $25
Full strip lash plus application $20
Hair padding $20 - to bulk out a hairstyle such as a bun etc
Additional makeup artists - for larger parties a second artist may be required to have you ready on time. This will be outlined in a full quote upon enquiry
Bridal Trial - I highly recommend every bride to have a trial prior to her wedding. This is a 'practice run' where i will come to you and we will go over your chosen look. It is just as important for me as it is you, to make sure you are happy with the look you choose as this makes for a relaxed stress free wedding day. Definitely do some research into styles you like for your hair, and have a rough idea of how you want your makeup to look. Pintrest is a girls best friend! but be warned you may get lost browsing for hours. A trial costs the same as on the day pricing, plus travel. Usually i recommend doing this at least 8 weeks or more prior to your big day!
Public Holiday Surcharge - There is an additional public holiday surcharge of 15% for bookings on the date or on the the weekend/days a public Holiday date extends into.
Terms and Conditions
Enquiry
The online contact form in no way secures a booking, after receiving your enquiry Sophie will respond via email and a deposit will be required to secure the booking.
Deposit
A 20% deposit is required for all bridal bookings, a booking is not secure until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non refundable, as well as no completed service is refundable.
Total payment
The remaining balance needs to be paid in full no later than a week prior to the wedding unless otherwise arranged.
Additional costs
There may be additional costs which Sophie will outline in a full quote via email. Parking and travel fees apply. Standby for touchups etc will be charged hourly
Schedule
You will be given a timeline for services on the day, it is your obligation to make sure everyone in your booking is on time and ready for hair and makeup (dry hair etc) Sophie may have other bookings on the day and needs to keep within allocated time
Allergic reactions
Sophie or her assistants are in no way responsible for any reactions to products etc, if you have a hypersensitivity please make your artist aware of this prior to the day, you may also be required to bring an alternative product suitable for your hypersensitivity.
Fees
Prices may change at any time, Sophie reserves the right to cancel any booking if the terms and conditions are not being met.
